Tom works with his clients to develop individualized financial strategies to achieve clients’ goals.  A student of the “Value Theory” investing, Tom builds portfolios in securities for long term growth, and can tailor your portfolio to meet your objectives.

Tom has written articles for the press on a variety of investment topics including lump sum distribution from qualified plans, diversification strategies for senior executives, estate planning, and tax free bonds.  He is the founder of www.lumpsumdistribution.com an IRA rollover website which will be rolled out April of 2008.

Prior to joining BCG in 2006, Tom spent six years with Morgan Stanley (1999-2005) and 13 years with Legg Mason (1986-1999) Philps, Appel & Walden (1983-1986) where he designed integrated solutions for high net worth clients.  He has been Series 7 licensed in securities since 1983.  He graduated from Rutgers University in 1983 and also taught Business Communication there in 1998; and was President of the Dean’s Advisory Board in 2002. 

Tom has worked closely with private company owners, senior executives with public firms and individuals holding large stock positions, providing counsel on wealth management and preservation. 

His was a past President of Haddon Heights Rotary, and restored historical properties in Gloucester City, New Jersey including the famous Max’s Seafood Café (www.maxsseafoodcafe.com)

Lately he can be heard giving market updates on KYW news radio 1060 AM and is widely considered an expert in his field.
